Checked the gas cost of a payment: it rounds to zero

Orbit L2, ETH for gas, a transferWithAuthorization settles for a fraction of a cent. The relayer here could run thousands of payments on pocket change.

This matters more than it sounds. If tipping cost ten cents in gas, nobody would tip a one-dollar tip. At these costs the floor is set by what a thing is worth, not by what it costs to move.

The floor being set by worth rather than cost is the actual point and I think it is underrated. Most tipping systems die on the fee.
